Memorial Lecture for Hannah

A memorial lecture followed by a workshop at Putney High School provided the entertaining side of science that Hannah loved.

The audience were swept along by the enthusiasm of Dr Graeme Jones who delivered a lecture which had the audience dancing like atoms and followed it the next day with a workshop resulting in the construction of a huge model of DNA.
Particular thanks to Dr Denise Lodge for organising the event and to the staff and girls who helped build the DNA model.

You can see photos of the model being built here >>

Dr Graeme Jones is a Guinness World record holder and creator of the largest ever model of DNA. You can find out more about Graeme by visiting his website
